Eccrine porocarcinoma(EPC) is rare type of skin cancer that develops from intraepidermal portion of sweat glands. It is rare tumor and is aggressive. It is rarely diagnosed and therefore there is no correct algorithm for its management. It is usually seen on extremities, in head and neck region and trunk but can occur anywhere. Timely diagnosis is needed for improving survival.
Here we describe the rare case of porocarcinoma lesions seen on right buttock and genitals in 56 year old female. We discuss the clinical presentation and the histopathological findings.
